Welcome to MDJRS 2021-2022 Club Tryouts Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

 

Tryout Dates and Times

BOYS -13/14U AND 15/16U TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 13/14U Boys, 15/16U Boys 
  • Saturday, October 9th
  • Check-in from 8:30am – 9:00am
  • Tryouts from 9:00am-12:00pm

12U AND 13U TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 12 Elite, 12 Regional, 13 Elite, 13 Open, 13 Regional
  • Saturday, November 6th
  • Check-in from 8:30am – 9:00am
  • Tryouts from 9:00am-12:00pm

14 ELITE, 17 ELITE, 18U TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 14 Elite Black, 14 Elite Yellow, 17 Elite Black, 17 Elite Yellow, 18 Elite and 18 Open
  • Saturday, November 13th
  • Check-in from 8:30am – 9:00am
  • Tryouts from 9:00am-12:00pm

16 ELITE TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 16 Elite Black, 16 Elite Yellow
  • Saturday, November 13th
  • Check-in from 11:30am – 12:00pm
  • Tryouts from 12:00pm-3:00pm

15 ELITE TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 15 Elite Black, 15 Elite Yellow
  • Saturday, November 13th
  • Check-in from 2:30pm – 3:00pm
  • Tryouts from 3:00pm-6:00pm

14 OPEN AND 15 OPEN TEAMS TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 14 Open, 15 Open Black, 15 Open Yellow 
  • Sunday, November 14th
  • Check-in from 8:30am – 9:00am
  • Tryouts from 9:00am-12:00pm

14 REGIONAL AND 15 REGIONAL TEAMS TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 14 Regional, 15 Regional Black, 15 Regional Yellow
  • Sunday, November 14th
  • Check-in from 11:30am – 12:00pm
  • Tryouts from 12:00pm-3:00pm

16 OPEN, 17 OPEN AND 17 REGIONAL TEAMS TRYOUTS

  • Check-in from 2:30pm – 3:00pm
  • Tryouts from 3:00pm-6:00pm

16 REGIONAL TEAMS TRYOUTS 

  • Teams are: 16 Regional Black, 16 Regional Yellow
  • Sunday, November 14th
  • Check-in from 5:30pm – 6:00pm
  • Tryouts from 6:00pm-9:00pm

IMPORTANT: READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS FOR TRYOUTS 

STEP 1 COMPLETE CHRVA MEMBER REGISTRATION
  • Register with CHRVA 
  • You will be asked to pay $55 to CHRVA for USAV Regular Jr Girls/Boys 10-17; there is also the option of a 10 day tryout membership for $20 with an upgrade to full membership once you have joined a team
  • Print out membership card (under My SportsEngine).
STEP 2 REGISTER MDJRS 2021-2022 TRYOUTS ONLINE
  • Click the registration link
  • Create or log in to your account
  • Follow the instructions, fill out all information and pay $60 tryout fee ONLINE. Make sure to check your age definition as cut off date changed to July 1st.
  • Tryout Fee is not refundable for any reasons
STEP 3 PRINT AND FILL OUT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 
STEP 4 TURN IN THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS (HARD COPIES) BEFORE TRYOUTS
  1. USAV Membership Card
  2. USAV Medical Release From
  3. MDJRS Tryout Registration Form 

* Required documents can be dropped off at MDJRS Sports Center OR mail to 14105 Punch Street, Silver Spring, MD 20906
